Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, this position protects the RSFH brand on social media and online review sites by monitoring all activity; responding to both positive and negative comments and reviews in a timely, productive manner; continually evaluating comments/reviews for actionable trends and insights; and identifying and reporting to the Director any red flags that require urgent attention from an extended team. Creates an exceptional customer experience with each contact.

Establishes a strategic framework to include policies and procedures, systems, and standards for monitoring, responding to, tracking, and reporting on comments and reviews. Also prepares templates for responses for efficiency, but customizes to ensure responses are appropriate, relevant, and authentic.
Works closely with the Department of Quality & Safety and the Patient Experience Team as needed to create appropriate responses when concerns or complaints involve clinical care, following the requirements provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Brings knowledge of, and experience using, reputation and list management tools such as Google My Business and Yext, as well as the posting and analytics systems of all major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Keeps an eye out for and shares with the Marketing and Communications team any comments that could lead to valuable RSFH content, patient stories and/or media opportunities. Plans, implements, and monitors the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts.

During an urgent situation, supports the team's crisis communications response, posting timely messages quickly and efficiently when approved by the PIO. Monitors all comments and reviews during a crisis to bring issues and/or trends to the team's attention and supports the ongoing response as appropriate.
Stays current with best practices and trends in social media, reputation management tools, policies, tracking and reporting, and shares with the Marketing and Communications Team as appropriate. Works closely with the Director of Digital Strategy and the marketing team to identify and implement opportunities for increasing online reviews for physicians, hospitals, and service lines as appropriate.

Job Summary:

Assists in the development and implementation of RSFH's website strategy in support of organizational growth and an enhanced customer experience, leveraging insights from analytics and user experience assessments. Supports the Director of Digital Strategy and web development/design vendor partners to identify strategies for increasing site traffic and lead generation, leveraging best practices in SEO/SEM, social media, email, web advertising and other online sources.

Using analytics and knowledge of current algorithms and the most up-to-date strategies, identifies the most effective ways to integrate digital tactics into campaigns and to measure results both in real time and long-term. Monitors the analytics platform to mine for customer insights and makes recommendations for marketing campaign updates or changes for maximum impact.

Collaborates with web vendors and content writers to ensure that the RSFH website always functions effectively, is guided by best practices, and is updated on a regular, predictable timetable, making immediate updates when needed. Works with the Director of Digital Strategy to identify the best vendor partners for all aspects of digital engagement and serves as a liaison with these partners as requested.

Develops a system for ongoing reporting to ensure that all members of the Marketing and Communications Department have real-time access to campaign data. Supports the Communications Strategy Director in the development and oversight of the RSFH Intranet (Careline) and in the implementation and use of digital tools and platforms to engage internal audiences (including teammates and physicians) and external audiences (including media, patients, and public). Supports crisis/issues management using social channels, web site and other digital engagement channels, as needed.

Stays current with best practices in web and digital strategy, making recommendations for new and effective tactics and tools that could benefit RSFH and its customers.

Job Summary:

The North Carolina Healthcare Foundation is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager for Communications. Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, this position is responsible for assisting with and/or leading the development of compelling materials and content that support a wide body of work for both the Foundation and CaroNova. The position is an organized content creator with an eye for clean design and is a strong writer who demonstrates a passion for communicating impact and telling stories that celebrate the work and progress of the Foundation and CaroNova. It collaborates with the NCHA, the Foundation, and CaroNova communications teams and various program managers to achieve strategic goals and integrates content across channels and platforms. The position creates content for public-facing websites and social media and oversees development and production of both internal and stakeholder resources and communications. The position may also assist with the association’s proactive and reactive public relations and media relations activities when necessary.
