A membership-elected board of directors leads the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations & Marketing Society (CHPRMS). Leadership positions on the Executive Committee include:
- President
- President-Elect
- Secretary
- Immediate past president
- Treasurer (appointed by president)
In addition to the Executive Committee, the board has 12 at-large members elected by their peers to serve a three-year term. Together, the board sets the strategic goals for the society. Goals are identified and met through the hard work and dedication of board members and committee volunteers.
