I have learned so much from this group, learned about being a part of a team, learned about the inner workings of putting on a conference, and really it has pushed me to be better. Pushed me to speak in front of people, and I always think you learn from those experiences that challenge yourself.” Justin Gomez, In-Coming President for CHPRMS and Director of Service Line Marketing for Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist commented at our 2023 Annual Conference, “You can tell that our board members are passionate about the CHPRMS organization and really want it to succeed. I think that’s vital in the development and sustainability of any non-profit.”

Amy Laukka, a volunteer on the CHPRMS Communications Committee and Manager of Content and Patient Communications at UNC Health commented, “If anyone’s on the fence about CHPRMS, it’s a wonderful opportunity just to learn what’s going on in the industry, hear from other people that are facing similar challenges as you, hear what’s up and coming in the industry – overall, it’s a really great chance to gain insight that you can take back to your job and start implementing immediately.”

CHPRMS will begin virtual events in February of 2024 and hold its 51st Annual Conference November 20 – 22 at the Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston, SC.
