Trends and Communication: Stay informed on programmatic and workforce trends, providing insights and updates to stakeholders.

The Web Content Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies for RSFH.com and affiliated digital properties of Roper St. Francis Healthcare. This role collaborates with internal and external subject matter experts to create and implement content plans that drive engagement, improve user experience, and ensure content aligns with our brand, audience needs, and business goals. The Manager oversees the creation, optimization, and management of our digital content and tactical execution of content strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to collaborate with cross-functional teams including freelancers and agencies, and work closely with the Web Strategy Manager, creative services, marketing, and other colleagues within the integrated Marketing & Communications department.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and implement a comprehensive web content strategy that aligns with business objectives and elevates the user experience.
Writes and edits high-quality content for RSFH.com, the affiliated blog, and other digital properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
In collaboration with the Web Strategy Manager, create and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to maximize the organic reach and performance of website and blog content.
Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines, accessibility standards, and digital best practices.
Conduct regular content audits of digital content to maintain consistency, ensure accuracy, and remove outdated or underperforming materials.
Collaborate with content creators, departments, facilities, and service line stakeholders to develop yearly, quarterly, and monthly content plans that support collective business objectives.
Initiate and oversee the development of new content channels, managing the process from strategy through execution.
Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure content initiatives are aligned with broader organizational priorities.
Manage third-party vendors to support content creation and production efforts as needed.
Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Conductor, and similar platforms to inform strategic improvements.
